Project Summary
Conserve Solutions provided GSAS facilitation services for the Metro Depot facilities. Appointed by Consultant, Conserve managed the GSAS Construction Stage Energy Criteria Documentation aligned with GSAS v2.1 Railways Typology guidelines targeting a 4-Star rating.
The depot complex spans over 656,000 m² of operational and support infrastructure, including workshop buildings, control centres, and maintenance capacity for more than 270 metro cars. The project emphasizes sustainable railway operations and energy-efficient facility design, contributing to Qatar Rail’s long-term commitment to environmentally responsible urban transportation infrastructure.
